Wednesday Wipeout

I am up early this morning; not too much earlier than my regular time, but still a bit earlier than I normally write. It’s is 4 am. I know a lot of you think I am crazy for getting up this early to write, but this is the best time for me. I enjoy it though. If you want to be good at something you have to sacrifice at times and this is a what I do.

I have already let my dogs out and they are back in. They are just laying around. Suzie will have a big night tonight. She is going trick-or-treating with our niece. Well, my wife will walk with her. Suzie is a little excitable. So this should really be a trip for her. She is not even going to need her feet. I don’t think they will even touch the ground. Our older dogs, Casey and Charlie, are not really interested in pursuits such as this! They prefer to stay home and rest. They like to walk when no one is around. This is going to be fun.

Well, tomorrow morning at this time I will begin writing in earnest. I have one month to write at least a 50,000-word novel. It’s not really that hard. You just have to put your mind to it. I have the beginning mapped out right now. As usual, I have about 100 endings. It will be fun and I am excited about it all.

Yesterday was another superb weather day. It was around 50° for the low and near 80° for the high. There was nothing but sunshine. Today will be more of the same. I had to water my newly planted seeds yesterday. This weekend I will have to water more.

I will also have to look for a vehicle. I hate doing that, but I will have to. Of course, Progressive will help me out on that. I will see what they say. I am going to try and spend what they gave me. I can get a nice used truck for that and keep it for several years then I will buy a new one.

That’s my writing for this morning. I will gear up for the big writing tomorrow the rest of my day and tonight. I will have a hard time writing in my journal and a novel, but I can and will do it. More later!!

  1. Yes, it’s the best time to write. Few interruptions.

Best to you on your new writing venture.
