Friendship is more precious than rubies and diamonds, and probably as rare. True friendship displays trust in all circumstances, open communications in all instances, common interests and common goals. One can count on a friend to care, despite flaws and failures, because of their unspoken agreement of mutual concern.
Joys are shared, as are troubles and sorrows. A friend is one of life’s greatest blessings. And this blessing demands a constant vigilance to insure that no selfish motives are allowed to come between friends.
